All Qing tea is shipped directly from China for a flat shipping rate of €3,50.
Confirmed orders are handled and shipped within 48 hours. The shipping time usually takes between the 7 and 15 days. In case the parcel has not arrived within 30 days since the day of order then time please contact us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can return the parcel (in original condition) to us within 7 days of arrival and we will give you a full refund

 The default shipping is Air Mail, China Post.If you wish to use other shipping service rather than the default one, please contact us for details. We will be glad to work out optimal plan for you.
