Gaiwan Brewing
This brewing method is suitable for most green tea, white tea, yellow tea and flavoured tea. The main characteristic for this method is that it is not too difficult to perform.
Tea ware needed:
Gaiwan, Pitcher, water bowl, tea spoon
Note
- Tea amount should be slightly less than the suggested ratio in every product introduction.
- Allow the boiled water to cool down in the pitcher to a temperature ranging from 75 to 90 degree, according to the tenderness, looseness and the amount of tea.
- Hold Gaiwan tray with left hand and unlid it with right hand while drinking.

4.Put tea in gaiwan |
5.Pour water in |
6. Pour water in gaiwan |
