Besides giving practical information about tea, such as brewing methods, preserving tea, etc, we wish to collect, translate and order information from different sources and present them to you. In doing so we hope that much of the traditional beauty and wisdom can be revived. Many westerners find it quite funny when it is mentioned that tea is a subject that can be studied a life long, or even a subject one can go to university for. But in ancient China subjects were not studied in an isolated matter, but rather as a part of the whole.
