Easy pot is a fairly new invention from Taiwan that enables one to make Gongfu tea anywhere at any time without any hassle. It consists out of an inner pot and a serving pot. All together they function as a usual tea pot, filter and tea pitcher in one. The serving pot is made of heat resistant glasses, inner pot of food grade PC and filter of SUS 304# stainless steel The brand of this easy pot is Kamjove. (see brewing section for detailed brewing)

1）With Easy Pot, all you need to do is become more simple.

First put teas into the inner pot as illustrated in 2 and then pour the boiled water into inner pot as illustrated in 4.

 

2) Brew tea with lid on(when necessary) and let it steep for a while. When tea is brewed to the desired strength, pull up the inner pot and use palm to press the pump button as illustrated in 7 and 8. Or simply press button with the finger as in picture below.

 

3) Remove the inner pot and lid. You can either drink directly from the serving pot, or serve tea into small tea cups.
