Taiwan Wulong set is composed out of:

50 grams Alishan Gaoshan Wulong (product info)

50 grams LIshan Wulong (product info)

50 grams Taiwan Cuiyu Wulong (product info)

To brew Taiwan Wulong tea, first fill Gaiwan, yixing clay pot or porcelain teapot 1/4 to 3/5 full with dry leaves, then pour 95 degree boiled water into the teaware. The first round needs to be discarded in order to clean the tea of dust and other unwanted substances. Steeping time for first round can be up to 30 seconds. Steeping time can be prolonged with each subsequent brew. Wuyi tea can be brewed for 5 rounds at least.
