This Puerh raw tea brick (200 gram each) is produced in one of the famous Puerh factories, the Yunnnan Xiaguan Tuocha (Group) Co., LTD. It originates from 2006. Presently the tea liquid has a very potent taste, a lot Yang qi, in time this tea brick is expected to become sweeter and more mellow. Already in its third year of aging we recommend it to Puerh lovers.
Appearance: In centre of the front side the Xiaguan Logo is pressed. While the back has a row of buttons. The leaves are a combination of big leaves and light yellow furry buds. While the compression is quite hard and intact.
Infusion: Light crystal orange.
Taste: Infusion is rich with liveliness and variousness. After a tinge of sweetness the unique smoky taste is felt in throat in the first rounds, in the rear maxilla from the 4th round. Beware that over brewing could result in pungent infusion.

To brew 06 Xiaguan Special Square Brick Raw, first put dry tea leaves (ratio leaves to water, 1:18) into the Yixin clay pot or ceramic gaiwan, then pour 100 degree water into the tea ware. Rinse the tea one or two times and discard all the liquid. Let it brew for 5 seconds for the first round and it is ready for drinking. Steeping time can be prolonged with each subsequent brew. This tea can be brewed for at least 8 rounds
