This popular raw Xiaguan Puerh Tuocha is nice blend of spring tea packed in a charming wrap and box. The taste is pleasantly floral with a hint of wheat. These wild toucha are very suitable for immediate consumption. These cakes are usually reserved for export to Taiwan.
Appearance: Bowl (bird nest)shaped. Tippy buds backed with tiny dark brown leaves. Moderately compressed.
Infusion: Light crystal orange.
Taste: Soft texture of soup. Slight trace of tobacco. Sweetness is getting stronger with more brewings.

To brew 08 Xiaguan Tuocha, first put dry tea leaves (ratio leaves to water, 1:18) into the Yixing clay pot or ceramic gaiwan, then pour 100 degree water into the tea ware. Rinse the tea one or two times and discard all the liquid. Let it brew for 5 seconds for the first round and it is ready for drinking. Steeping time can be prolonged with each subsequent brew. This tea can be brewed for at least 6/7 rounds
